One of my many collaborations with longtime partner Dulce Design, the Radia Avondale Station project demanded that we capture the unique appeal of a vibrant community of apartment homes reimagined for modern desert living.

Taking inspiration from the landscaped grounds ringed with walking paths, we developed a brand about the daily connections and all-around ease that come from being in the loop. Highlighting the advantageous location and thoughtful amenities as part of the story, I helped develop the name and verbal component of a stand-out brand identity along with robust marketing copy to invite new residents in.
